  • Members are eligible for one Birthday Freebie, redeemable within 30 days of their birthday.

  • Our membership is designed to be flexible, so your credits roll over from month to month.
  • Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all members to help keep things running smoothly. If you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment outside of this timeframe, a fee of 50% of the total value of your scheduled services may apply, or you may risk forfeiting your credits. Same applies to missed appointments.
  • For late arrivals, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.

  • Memberships are set up on auto-pay, billed at the beginning of each month, and must be purchased using a valid credit or debit card—no other forms of payment are accepted.

  • Gratuities are not included in membership pricing. A 20% standard gratuity of the entire service fee will be added during checkout.
  • Our membership is on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice (payments scheduled prior to the effective cancellation date will be processed as scheduled).
  1. Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to [email protected] — we cannot process cancellations over the phone, and they are not retroactive.
  2. If you decide to rejoin within 12 months of canceling, your request will be subject to management approval.
  3. Any accrued membership credits will expire upon cancellation. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for unused benefits.
